Glenn A. (Terry) White

Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1969; also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, United States Tax Court. Education: Juris Doctor George Washington University (Order of the Coif), B.A. DePauw University.

Mr. White joined the firm in 1969 and became Of Counsel in 2014. During his many years at the firm he was a trial attorney who successfully tried hundreds of civil cases including insurance defense cases to a jury. Mr. White also completed the administration of numerous of estates and engaged in estate planning for many clients.

 

Steven T. Greene

Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1973; also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Education:  Juris Doctor The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, A.B. Brown University.

Mr. Greene joined the firm in 1975 and became Of Counsel in 2013. He actively practiced in the area of litigation and handled a wide variety of cases including personal injury, insurance defense and complex divorce cases. Mr. Greene also assisted his clients with probate cases and various civil matters.
 

Christopher M. Shook

Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2005; also admitted to practice before United States District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Education: Juris Doctor University of Akron School of Law, B. A. The Ohio State University.

Mr Shook joined the firm in 2005 and became Of Counsel in 2015. Mr Shook practices in the area of litigation, civil, and criminal, and social security disability law.

L James Gordon

L. James Gordon, born Pennsylvania, 1927; admitted to bar, 1953, Ohio; also admitted to practice before United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, United States Tax Court.  Education: Denison University (B.A., with honors, 1950), legal education, Yale University (J.D. 1953).

One of the original members of the firm, L. James Gordon actively represented clients until December 31, 2012, when he retired. During his active practice, Mr. Gordon served his many clients in the areas of wills and trusts, estate planning, business law, and taxation.

 

Martin D. Altmaier

Martin D. Altmaier, born Ohio, 1942; admitted to bar, 1967, Ohio; also admitted to practice before United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court.  Education: A. B. Duke University, Juris Doctor The Ohio State University.
Mr. Altmaier joined the firm in 1967 and retired in 2014. He practiced in the fields of real estate law, estate planning, and the administration of estates.
