FOCUS

Mr. Cooper practices extensively in the area of business organizations and business law, including the formation and ongoing representation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other legal entities both in the profit and nonprofit sectors.   Mr. Cooper devotes much of his time to business and estate planning, including federal, state and local tax practice. He has administered countless estates, trusts, and guardianships and has prepared numerous wills and trusts. Mr. Cooper also handles real estate transactions and closings and prepares deeds, contracts, and other real estate documents. He is a former active duty and reserve United States Naval Officer and has an interest in military and military law matters.
