We have extensive experience in the handling of domestic relations cases and routinely appear before the Judges in the Domestic Relations Division of the Licking County Common Pleas Court on custody, child support, and companionship -- all with the goal of results in the best interests of children. We provide services both in original actions and post decree matters.
We can negotiate and prepare a dissolution agreement when parties can voluntarily resolve all domestic issues quickly and economically.
For those cases that result in divorce filings we will work to attain a fair resolution or, if required, try the case to a Judge.
